>> 50,000 volunteers arrived at arlington national cemetery to lay wreaths on headstones. 45,000 wreaths were placed at arlington. 1500 other cemeteries across the country. >> military and first responders are working together to make sure hundreds of children have a merry christmas. gifts were handed out to 800 kids across the county. they organize the effort each year for children whose families don't have a lot of money to spend on christmas gifts.
