do you think they're succeeding? >> well, it looks like they're trying to fire bob mueller or the fbi investigating this by proxy. i think it's really problematic. as you know we have tribalism that seeped into every institution in the count country with two exceptions the military and fbi. now we see the fbi being politicized and sperm prosecutor being politicized. you would think they would be trying to increase the credibility of the last two institutions. but no. >> do you think the president and the republicans if they are in fact trying to mire the thing down have reached the point if mueller brings charge that is people will disregard it? >> well, that's a big worry. i think the reaction we need to look at -- i think the american public will trust the fbi and the special prosecutor.

victim's husband say he's moving on. he's not giving up on the police investigation that remains open. more than a year after texas fitness instructor missy bevers was found murdered the killer is still on the loose. in a statement to abc news nearly two years after his wife's death brandon bevers said it's time to refocus. i have spent many months driving myself crazy. i'm power less to believe i have any ability to solve this. the murder of the mother of three left this community stunned. bevers was found murdered inside the church that sits along a rural texas highway. >> my wife was a -- she was a great woman, a great wife, a great mother, a grate friend.

mighty and the investigators. this morning there's a $10,000 reward for information in this case. authorities here in texas are saying their investigation is still underway. they haven't said what weapon was used to murder bevers. her husband tells abc news they were not going through financial troubles. >> we want to bring in abc news consultant brad gart who's in washington this morning. the husband writes this e-mail and says he doesn't want to focus on the killer anymore and his duty is memorialize his wife, not to find the killer. what do you make of that? >> i can tell you working with homicide and families it's such a strain on the family. you lose focus on your children that are left. my guess is he wants to move on to deal with that and also to separate the kids from this horrible agent.

morning, tam. still a lot of red brake lights and a red travel time of over an hour and some speeds that are around, oh, two and 3 miles per hour. all on the northbound side of 295 because of a crash that happened about 6:30 this morning. three vehicles involved. someone was thrown from one of those vehicles. really was a nasty crash and they're still out there investigating. so instead of northbound 295, keep using those alternates, northbound one, quakerbridge road, even 130. 295 is still a mess in mercer county. on the big picture otherwise, not terrible. there is a crash in gladwyne along 23 at youngs ford road. broken down vehicle on city avenue northbound by 30 by the seminary and we had some debris on the vine expressway westbound by eighth street but it has cleared out of the way, tam. >> okay, thank you, matt. now we'll go outside and find out just how cold the day is going to be from dave murphy. good morning. >> well, certainly feeling pretty raw this morning, tam. under the clouds as we take a look, we've got storm tracker6 live double scan just a little very light blip of snow to the west of wilmington and in
