"action news." the ninth grade student shot in phoenixville last night has died. the 14-year-old was wounded in the parking lot of dunkin' donuts off nut road and later died at the hospital. police do not believe it was a ran done act but have not made any arrests yet. we'll have a live report at 12:30. breaking details about the police involved shooting in german town section of philadelphia. the man shot by an officer died at the hospital this morning. it happened at openal street. and two plain clothes officers tried to stop a car wanted in connection to a homicide and that the driver pulled over he took off and rammed his car imarked police vehicle and then the driver took off crashing down the street and when he got out of the vehicle he refused the police officer's

factors everybody is feeling like it's in the mid to upper single digits. bundle up and cover up. you expose yourself to this sort of wind for too long it can start to damage your skin. sunshine out there and sunglasses a good idea. and lehigh valley mostly sunny and bitter cold. a high of 21 and windchills remaining and probably in the mid to maybe upper single digits. i think you are stuck in those mid single digits up there. down the shore cold and lots of sun and 28 and windchills getting up to 10 at times and plenty of sunshine in philadelphia. bitter cold a high of 23 degrees, and winds gusting to 25 miles per hour. and keeping the windchills in the upper single digits. we are pretty much stuck in philadelphia with windchills close to 9 and a couple of 10's in there by 3:00 and zipping down tonight and 5 degree
