rescued after they ran inside to check whether any one may have been trapped. luckily that house was empty at the time. neighbors say it had just been put on the market. investigators are still trying to determine the cause of the fire. we've learned three former new york city fraternity brothers will spend time behind bars for the hazing death of a pledge. he died in 2013. three members baruch college, the fraternity is banned from pennsylvania for ten years. a man drove this police suv into the waiting room at the hoboken transit center. the man found the suv with the keys inside, locked the doors and then hey, road trip. he slammed into the building. investigators say he purposely avoided hitting pedestrians.
