patrick meehan of pennsylvania. he is the subject of an investigation by the ethic's committee. paul ryan ordered the investigation after the "new york times" reported that meehan used thousands of dollars of taxpayer money to settle a sexual harassment suit. his office has released a statement denying the investigations. meehan is being removed from his position on the ethic's committee. here at home the democrats called for meehan to drop his reelection bid. >> the stunning revelation from the state's new first lady. >> and a stabbing on a busy street. we have those stories and more when "action news" comes right back. ♪ ♪ sorry. i can't make it.

block in the city's june yet ta section. the suspect took the victim to the hospital where she died an hour later. a man in his 20s died after a shooting. he was shot about 4:00. he was taken to hospital but died a short time later. so far no a ares in the case. >> in montgomery county a group came together to help sheriff brian luken's hospital. the proceed will help deputy luken's wife and daughter rebuild cl life. their life. a fire swept through their home killing their two young sons.
