>> in other news tonight, the desperate search continues for five missing oil rig workers in oklahoma. they were at a natural gas well site when there was an explosion. intense flames kept firefighters from getting within a hundred feet and shutting off the gas. after burning all day, the flames are out. it could take time to figure out what caused the explosion. the state map of congressional district is unconstitutional because it's jerrymandered to benefit republics.

the map has to be redrawn by the legislature by february 29th but the republics say it's an impossible deadline and will throw the primaries this spring into chaos. republics say they'll go to the u.s. supreme court to reverse the state supreme court's decision. >> today is the first day of allentown mayor ed pawloski's corruption tile. prosecutors say tapes show a pattern of the four term mayor trading city contracts for contributions. pawloski's lawyer calls the mayor moral and says the government is relying on conniving, morally bankrupt witnesses. >> an attempted killer is on the loose, the gunman firing a shot into someone's car while driving on i-95 today.
