prison. james kauffman was found dead at the correction center. he used a bed sheet and left a suicide note. kauffman is accused of paying a hit man in 2012 to kill his wife april, a well known radio personality. an attorney for her daughter kim pack says the news does not bring her joy. >> no one rejoices over anyone committing suicide or anyone's death. kim's emotions now are -- she's a mess. >> kauffman's daughter has long insisted her stepfather was involved in her mother's death. kauffman wanted to stop his wife from exposing a drug ring he was involved in when she threatened to divorce him. >> cosby's lawyers are accusing prosecutors of withholding a key witness and destroying evidence.
