rampaging river of mud lifted the vehicle and spun it around and shoved it down the road. at first, the vehicle was floating on the mud flow when it dropped down on the road, the driver gunned the motor an managed to race ahead of a mudslide. a cat is okay, after spending four days trapped in a drain type in georgia. it climbed through a hole and go to stuck in the pipe in a stone wall. an annual rescuer paid 500 bucks to bring in a bop cat to lift off the blocks. the pipe had to be cut to rescue the cute little cat there. the cat's owners have not come forward, so a tv reporter who was covering the story is considering adopting the cat, i wonder what they will name the cat. >> i'm glad the cat is okay. >> you're time if you're just waking up with us.

7:41 a.m., this information just coming into "action news," a three people were injured following a bad accident. an suv and two vehicles ended up on the curb near 58th and chestnut in west philadelphia. we're working to learn who caused the accident and who's hurt here. a 53-year-old man is in serious condition following a small avalanche in utah. the man and two others were skiing at big cotton ski resort. the condition of the two other skiers is not known. this was a welcome sight in the sierras, snow, two feet piled up yesterday. california is experiencing a drought this winter. high snow pack is needed to provide water for much of the
