unit block of woodrow avenue. 911 operators received a call that a child fell down the stairs. another person got on the phone and said there was a shooting. when police arrived, they found a 16-year-old with a gunshot to the head. the 17-year-old faces charge of manslaughter. >> a double shooting outside the bar in the strawberry mansion section of if i would. it happened on north 27th and sergeant street. more than two dozen shots were fired. one man was shot in the back. he remains in critical condition. a second man was shot in the shoulder remaining in stable condition. a 17-year-old was injured in an overnight fire in the frankfurt section on the 1300 block of row wane street. no word on how the fire started.

skyline, we have clouds and a lot of green on the skyline. it's shrouded in green for eagle green, lit up as we say, go eagles waiting for the eagle win. right now we have a slow moving front headed our way. satellite and radar showing it extends all the way to the gulf coast. it's not one big area of rain. basically scattered rain shower in the wee hours of the morning. future tracker showing by 3:00 in the morning, raining in the suburbs an poconos. it clears out quickly, lehigh valley, poconos, northern berks county by 10:00 in the morning. as the system slowly pushes to the east, you will see the rain clearing out.
