learning to protect it. black hawk helicopters are patrolling the skies, ready to intercept any helicopter that flies too close on game day. >> more than 2,000 cameras are keeping an eye on the city. >> we have folks from the federal government, department of energy, fbi. >> inside the command center, authorities are watching what's happening at fan zones and across minneapolis and st. paul. there are 64 law enforcement agencies, 10,000 volunteer and elite canine units have been brought in across the country. >> i'm confident we'll have a safe superbowl. >> all of the security is not meant to upset fans, rather than they'll have fun.

days after his tenth birthday. this wilmington kid forged a special bond with carson wentz who hear about his fight for life and sent him a video of encouragement. >> lucas spent the day at the facility and gave him a bracelet which wentz has warn ever since. >> tuesday, out of the blue, the family got a call from the eagle organization. >> they have tickets for all of us. we drove yesterday from delaware. we are a little bit tired, but super excited to be here. it's amazing. >> the family stopped at lucas' grave before making the journey. you bet they wore the dutch destroyer bracelets. >> it couldn't have come at a better time. my wife was going back to work

tonight sent two people in to hospital. a car went out of line. two people were taken to hospital one with serious injuries. >> a 33-year-old woman is in consist di in connection with a shooting in german town this afternoon. the 51-year-old victim was shot in the head. he died at einstein medical center a short time later. no word on the circumstances surrounding the shooting. >> two people are hospitalized after being rescued from an icy lake in mercer, hamilton county. a white suv crossed three medians before plunging into the lake on south broad street. >> what's going through your mind? >> what can i do to help?
