come thursday morning, the parade begins at 11:00 in the morning and wraps up at 3:00 in the afternoon and the ceremony wrapped up at 3:00 on the museum of art. they are planning for days even before the eagles got their hands on the coveted lombardi trophy. it begins at the stadium and goes down to the philadelphia museum of art. the steps there. they will have 14 jumbotrons for people to view this the best way possible and they will be set up beginning at city hall, all the way to the museum. but we have additional details from city officials working in close corporation with each other from the police department to the fire department and emergency management. take a listen. >> the entire nation is watching our super bowl celebration lets show them what philly pride is really all about.

of 28 and temperatures across the region. 31 in allentown and 30 in wilmington and 35 in millville and 33 in trenton. not a big difference. thicker cloud cover moved in overnight and now it's thinning out to the west and sunshine is digging through the clouds and i'll go with the idea of clouds and sunny breaks the rest of the way. and 35 and it's cold in the northern suburbs and not as windy and chilly as yesterday. shore 42 and sun and less wind and high around 40 this afternoon and winds from the southwest at 6 to 12 miles per hour. not all that strong. more clouds overnight and cold and 28 is the overnight low, that is what to expect as you step outside at dawn tomorrow. winds northeast 4 to 8. and dealing with at dawn some precipitation and you see by 4:00 a.m. it's probably in the process of creeping closer and closer to us.

between 4:00 and 6:30 running through the i-95 corridor and could start as snow and sleet mixing in the blue transition line. and the farther south you go it's likely all rain and the warmer air starts to come in and pushes that precipitation to the northern of us and changes the tail end of it to rain. up in allentown northern bucks and montco you are look agent snow. later in the day at noon. maybe some mixed precipitation hanging on in allentown and the rest are of us should dry out and warm up to get rid of icing on the road. and the rest of the day rain are and we are dry and wet for the evening commute and tomorrow night it winds up getting off the coast and we have stuff to do the next day in philadelphia. a coating to inch of snow by the way is possible but you won't know it because once the rain comes in it will wash it away. and 1 to 3 in the northern and western suburbs and 3 to 6 if the poconos. and what you get really
