about a mannd woman found dead in wilmington. the police are investigating this as a double homicide. the bodies were found on lamont street and it appears that the 29-year-old woman was shot in the head and a 41-year-old man was shot, stabbed and beaten and the victim's names have not been released . to wall street one day after the dow jones industrial average plunged nearly 1200 points and the single biggest decline in history. the stock market rebounded after a bumpy ride on wall street and they dropped in early trading and recovered their losses by lunch time and by the end of the day. the closing numbers. the dow ended up more than 500 points to close at 24,915. and the nasdaq and s&p were up.

if you think about taking regional rail in it's a one day pass for use on regional rail a lot of folks in this long line are trying to get one of these and i'll explain shortly. first good news a ride on septa's big people movers the broad street and frankford lines are free on thursday with rush hour service all day. if you think about taking regional rail think about septa. >> we are oning in the morning and out at night. inbound service only before the the parade and outbound service only as the parade wraps up. and septa issued maps that service is only from select station. also, important to get on board regional rail riders need certain types of reduced tickets or existing trail passes or in some cases these $10 one day

>> it's a messy mix tomorrow and rain in the afternoon and everything is gathering and gaining strength to the south and we look at stormtracker 6 live double scan, it doesn't look all that mighty at this point. just a few light showers and downpours and the gust coast states and a lot of moisture will pull out of the gulf of mexico and race our way as we get into early wednesday morning. in fact, take a look at winter weather advisories in effect during the day tomorrow. basically the heart of the delaware valley to the heart of the lehigh valley where we have the snow and icy mix of snow and sleet and rain changing over to rain and does not include extreme south jersey the shore and central southern delaware because there is rain to the start to the finish there. this is what to expect with precipitation, mainly snow in the poconos and a mixture of snow and sleet and freezing rain and then rain, for i-95 to the northern and west. and again you can see most of south jersey and delaware this is a mainly rain event.

poconos. satellite 6 along with action radar capturing a few glimmers of sun before that sunsets in the northwest. the clouds will build right back in thicken up and you see the moisture pull out of the gulf of mexico a lot of it in the form of rain and blue on the radar, a mixture of sleet and snow, future tracker 6 showing as we break down the colors, this is snow to the north and west. 7:00 tomorrow morning, philadelphia on the brink of 32 degrees, this blue area is sleet and all rain to the south, dover, millville and atlantic city and wildwood the southern zones rain from start to finish. by lunch time the rain punctures almost to the lehigh valley. and again rain moving in from the south to the north as warmer air comes in and in fact during the afternoon it's chilly and rainy by 4:00. reading 34 to 35 degrees and near 50 in philadelphia. low 50s to the south with heavy rain setting in for the evening rush and the rain will finally

sink to the south and east as we get into the evening hours. to see the change over to rain it depends on your location. it happens in wilmington and trenton at 10:00 in the morning. at the onset. northwestern suburbs not until 10:00 until noon and lehigh valley northwest and does not change to rain from noon until 2:00 p.m. a quick coating near wilmington and trenton and a lot of that in the form of sleet. and 3 to 6 inches of snow and sleet from allentown to the poconos. here is the 1 inch line doylestown and landsdale. a coating in southern areas and 1 to 3 for most of our northwestern suburbs. where we struggle with it going over to plain old rain there could be a .10 to .25 inch of ice from bethlehem to the poconos this is the big concern
