the rain drops stopped falling and that's the trend overnight. the winds bringing in colder air but also drying the ground out. winds sustained, 15 miles per hour in philadelphia, 18 reading, 17 wilmington and 15 miles per hour in dov temperatures dropping even side streets, icypots tomorrow morning so use caution. for the parade, you want to look at the windchills tomorrow. in the teens all morning long. low to mid 20s with winds 10 to 20 miles per hour. you have to think about how long you will be outdoors and travel time to wear all of the layers. when i come back we talk about the weekend. that's not looking pretty. i'll explain why in the seven-day forecast. >> ducis rodgers one last time

the production team we are working with are unbelievable. they are huge eagle fans. it's a rough night. they want to run out and celebrate. they want to make their own contribution. it's fun. annie mccormick channel6 "action news." >> vandalism and assaults will not be tolerated at the parade. they have started arresting suspects for out of control behavior captured on camera like flipping a vehicle after the superbowl. one person is under arrest and six others are being sought.
