11:00 a.m., here it is 4:00 a.m., already seeing people out there right now. of course the read street goes up broad street around city hall to the benjamin franklin parkway. as we look live over the parkway, open now, but scheduled to close completely at 5:00 a.m. it is expected to be open by tomorrow morning's rush. we'll talk about the closures coming up later. already people getting their spot right. the schuylkill expressway at south street. we're seeing the construction westbound toward the vine street expressway. we have the left lane blocked, eastbound is closed because of the construction that may lift at 5:00 a.m. the boulevard extension we can see traffic out here moving okay as you head towards the schuylkill expressway. in abington township tyson avenue we have an accident. without for the slick spots after yesterday's precipitation and today's below-freezing temperatures that could be an issue.
