accuweather forecast, walter. >> we are following a developing story tonight, live picture of 56 and locust. a man in his 20s has been gunned down, shot in the face and torso about 9:30. the victim died later at penn presbyterian hospital. there is no word on a suspect or motivate. more on this story when we get more information. >> an inmate released from the the kern promhold correction facility. he didn't even make it off of the property before making another crime. we were briefed at a news

conference this afternoon. the officer under attack was 27 year veteran marate. the good news, he will be okay. this has brought to the forfront an issue in the prison department. inmates, families and guests parking in the same lots employees do. a statement was released today saying the commission of prisons puts an inmate's family and visitors first before the safet. no other correctional facilities allows prisoners to park with staff. i spoke with the commissioner and this was her response.

of a bed. the child was rushed to children's hospital bus passed away february 4th. doctors say the child suffered hemorrhages consistent with blunt force trauma to the head. >> a man was accused of trying to set fire to a police station in southwest county. the person in the recording tried to light a glass bottle containing an accelerant and threw it at the front doors. the bottle shattered but did not ignite. he is charged with attempted arson and criminal mischief. >> still basking in the glow of the superbowl victory, many decided to make their tributes permanent. a whole lot of people are getting eagle themed tattoos.

the two officers were fired upon as soon as they arrived. one a 0 year veteran of the force. the other worked 30 years on the force. a male suspect was shot and is now in custody at a hospital nearby. >> three people were injured in a crash involving the motorcade of canadian prime minister justin trudeau. an suv pulled out in front of the motorcade as it was on the way to the ronald reagan library in simi valley. trudeau is on a three day trip to the u.s. to talk about trade, jobs and economic growth. >> the flu has reached alarming level in the u.s. but it's not technically a pandemic, but as many people are sick as in the

those who fear the future... >> a bakery in montgomery county is enjoying the sweet taste of victory thanks to the superbowl win. they made a friendry wager with a baker in boston and today was the time to pay up. they sent over an eagle sheet cake big enough to feed 100 people and the best part a $5,000 check made out to the schools of philadelphia. the bet was inspired by lane johnson and chris long's commitment to education. >> the museum in fairmont park is hosting superbowl weekend. tiny fans showed their support
