men wanted for vandalizing property in philadelphia after the super bowl. >> and brand new video of several eagles fans damaging a woman's car during the victory parade last week. but the big story is another winter warm-up in the accuweather forecast. first we have to get through today the coldest day of the work week actually. outside penn's landing from sky 6 hd sunny and chilly and tracking milder conditions and moving into the region soon enough. meteorologist, david murphy, has the latest. >> yes, we have looking at sunshine across the region and cloud cover and precipitation down to the south and cloud cover off to the form and west. and high clouds sweeping in later today. fairly speaking sunny and on the cool side. the cool air that rushes in saturday morning is still in place. 37 degrees in philadelphia and 34 in trenton and 34 in allentown and 36 in millville

and wilmington. and the winds are not real strong just averaging 5 to 10 miles per hour. but in philadelphia a windchill close to the freezing mark. are you knocking 5 to 6 degrees off the temperature with that wind riding through. in the meantime we have lingering issues with flooding and because of that heavy rain on sunday. still an issue out there. along the rancocas creek between pemberton and cumberland. and down south a couple more area are added. morris river west of vineland. the river itself and some tributaries are over their banks a big and egg harbor atlantic county between camden and gloucester county. if you are driving around these places and you see the water on the road you want to turn around if it looks deep. don't take chances. the warnings are up for the ref of the afternoon and the evening.

time for valentine's day. the iconic sculpture went in for repair a year ago and today it finally returned to its home at love park. jeanette reyes is live with a look at the statue's homecoming celebration. >> reporter: love is in the air and back in love park. just minutes ago it was mounted on the pedestal to a cheering crowd. you would think a celebrity was here. but good reason many of us have taken pictures in front of the sculpture. it's back to its original splendor. and the word itself draws a crowd and today was no different. >> people were hanging out over here. you can see how it brings back back together. >> they miss it they meet at the location of the love and people make marriage proposals. >> it made the the big debut

philadelphia. and as for the ceremony, the official ceremony it's set for sometime in the spring. they have not set a date yet but open for all to see. channel 6 "action news." >> thank you. we have new information on a massive drug bust this noon. authorities recovered $2.6 million worth of heroin and fentanyl in the feltonville section of philadelphia. danger laced with death is how he describes the combination, two men were trafficking this major stash out of a row home on north 4th street. >> putting the dollar value aside, the amount of drugs we seized would have created 250 thousand doses of heroin and fentanyl. that is 250,000 potential death sentences averted. >> both suspects were arrested during a raid on sunday night

46 in millville. satellite shows you a lack of cloud cover and high thin clouds moving into parts of the region now. and you'll see more of that come in but fairly bright the rest of the way. sun to start in the lehigh valley and later today a few of those high clouds coming in and chilly and on the brisk side 38 and down at the the shore 42. and sunny start. and giving way to increasing cloud cover and 41 is your high and only getting 5 to 10 miles per hour through most of afternoon and more clouds tonight and winds ease down and not as cold. we'll get down to the freezing mark in philadelphia and i can see out lying suburbs getting into the mid up toer 20s but not as cold tomorrow morning as you step outside as it was this morning. and that trend continues into the afternoon.

high pressure off the coast one of a couple of features encourages the southerly flow and that bounds our number. up to 52 for valentine's day a mild southwest wind. and there is going to be rain but it doesn't look like it will arrive until nighttime. future tracker 6 as late as 8:30 has it just pulling up into area in delaware and chester county. if you are out tomorrow night. at least light to moderate showers at times are popping through all the way through 11:00. and maybe bring an umbrella if you have a date for valentine's day. and overnight it looks like the showers get off the coast and by 7:00, 7:30 on thursday, we are dry and probably cloudy out there. thursday is going to be even milder than tomorrow though. your exclusive accuweather seven-day forecast we are looking at bright and chilly conditions today with a high of 41 degrees, sun gradually giving way to high clouds and tomorrow milder and clouds and a high of 52 degrees and there could be sun at times and any rain holds

off until night and it looks basically dry and clouds and sun and high of 65 degrees and thursday may be a good day to make plans and thursday night into friday morning showers and those move out. but the 60 degree high is misleading, we'll probably hit that number in the morning and once the rain clears out and cooler air comes in we are likely to get into the 40s for dinner time and saturday high of 40 and afternoon rain or brief snow showers and back to the sun on saturday. and then 57 on presidents day. first time in a while for a sfousnow shower. all over the map. officials are working with a major crow problem in trenton. and we have the details coming up. and the place people call heaven on earth, we'll go to see
