because she was a tourist elephant. she is also blind. they said she would sniff her way along while she was carrying tourists. the save elephant foundation spotted her and they talked about releasing her and now she is living at the elephant nature park with her new family. this is one of the elephants who they say really stuck around. you know what? i think this new girl is going to be my best friend. >> i'm glad that someone rescued her from that situation, but i just wish that people stop looking for these elephant rides. >> talking about videos like this and then the people stop paying money, it goes away. if there's no demand, there's no supply. it's time once again to check in with the fellows from exploring the unbeaten path. we have seen them go all over the world exploring all kinds of things, but in this case they're actually exploring a quite dangerous abandoned quarry.
