areas. meteorologist cecily tynan has the latest from accuweather. >> jim, double scan live showing the system that's bringing the snow is gathering moisture across new mexico heading into texas. it's strung out. there will be energy that enhances as it reaches our area. right around dinner time we have the moisture here. it's cold enough at the onset with rain and snow mixing at the coast. the problem is it will fall after sunset making roads treacherous, especially areas northwest. chester, montgomery, bucks county, mercer county, all areas north and west, lancaster under advisory and weather advisories along the i-95 corridor. the timing, between 4:00 to 6,

have avoided the massacre. there was a tip given to the fbi about niklas cruz's erratic behavior and media posts. the tip was called into the fbi tip line but never passed on to the field office and never investigated. the broward county sheriff's office says his office was called about 20 times over the years about cruz. with the parkland school assault still raw in everyone's mind, there are three threats in the area. "action news" reporter jeff chirico is outside the high school in vorhees. what are the detail on this?

these arrests send a clear message that police are taking threats seriously. voorhe es police arrested finkelstein. parents were spoke with were concerned but not surprised. >> i didn't know that. >> it's sad kids resort to things like that. >> it's a matter of time until it happens around here. in wood side delaware, police arrested channing fisher of dover. according to police, channing threatened to do harm to the

school. he was charged with terroristic threats after no webs were found in his home and 19-year-old emiliano gill was arrested thursday. during a class discussion about the killing in florida, gill said he would kill all of the people in the school and start with the class he was in. he was arrested at school. no weapons were found. parents can't believe these events are commonplace. it's heartbreaking. i don't see it getting better. i contacted officials here but didn't get a response. finkelstein is charged with making terrorist threats. jeff chirico, "action news" at 6:00. jim? >> the shooting in park land has renewed calls to ban assault weapons like that used by niklas

cruz. demonstrators called for democratic representative pat too maniy ttoototoomy to the na. >> nobody expected this from the russia investigation. a grand jury handed down indictments against 13 russian nationals and three russian companies. the accusation, launching a cyberwar against the united states. the indictment brought by special council robert mueller alleges that the russians mounted an effort to interfere with the 2016 election for the

purpose of hurting hilary clinton. the flip side meant the operation was meant to help donald trump and bernie sanders. the 13 men came to the u.s. they were here, allegedly, stealing american identities, creating a major presence on social media, staging political rallies to spread distrust of the political system and clinton campaign. rod rosen stein explained there is no specific claim of collusion in the indictment. >> there is no allegation that any american was a knowing participant in the illegal activity. there is no allegation in the indictment that the charge altered the outcome of the 2016 election. apparently a hoax no more as president trump went to florida, he acknowledged that russians

franklin bridge the way way on the southern side will be shut down for more than a year to undergo structural renovations, including replacing a new ramp. the walkway will remain open. it will be closed next thursday for the 14 month stretch. >> time to choose to the troubleshooters and a family's quest to move their mother's final resting place. nydia han has the story of this emotional journey. >> she lived everyday loving and helping people. she is greatly missed. >> irma alan passed away two years ago. her dad wa death was difficult h to cope with but it was more difficult when she couldn't be laid to rest with their father. >> it was devastating.

we had a lot of friends and family help us get through this. it wasn't easy. >> irma and william allen paid in full for a double kreft at the river edge memorial center. william was interred there ten years ago but his wife irma still isn't with him. >> to this day rivers edge hasn't returned our phone calls. rivers edge claimed they didn't receive the messages. >> nydia, this is too much. it's too much for everybody. it's hard on heart. >> after irma alan was temporarily buried the owner sent condolences and heartfelt apologies explaining the phone must not be working properly. i would offer to the family we would be glad to take the mother

and place her with their father at no charge to them. after weeks of negotiating, irma alan had not been transferred to her final resting place. the alan children then sued for the cost of a temporary burial plus an additional $5,000 for pain and suffering. in the end, they won the judgment for the burial costs but months later, no check. no closure. >> i'm willing to do whatever we can to make the alan family happy after their tragic experience with river's edge. >> why are you pushing the issue? >> they have tried to contact you. >> fake news. >> the alan children are now demanding more than the court awarded them. >> we didn't do anything wrong.

hours tops of snow or rain. there is a gradient meaning parts of the area will get a decent amount of snow and other parts just rain. the rain/snow line is uncertain. a bit of wiggle room but whatever falls will met quickie sunday with temperatures back to the upper 40s. right now temperatures fall, reached a high of 60 earlier today. allentown 35, trenton 38, cape may 43 and wilmington, 45. we'll drop to the 20s tomorrow morning. satellite and radar showing the same cold front that moved through brought us a round of rain. that provides the track for the low pressure out of texas. we'll get a burst of energy from the northwest helping to enhance it. if you want to see the shine
