airport. the fog is settling over this location, and much of the tristate area. now let's look at penn's landing. you can hardly see it. you could be in for a tricky drive to work in the morning, and yes, it may be the warmest february 20th you have ever experienced. it is monday night and the big story on "action news" tonight, the chance of record-breaking temperatures come tomorrow. let's go live to cecily tynan and the late facts and figures from accuweather. >> yes, i am, a jim, as i standi can feel the droplets of moisture. 47 in philadelphia. temperatures warm overnight as the warm front you see to the west and south pulls in, cleveland and charleston, 65-degrees this time of night. tomorrow, we should be at 70 by

favoring republics. the new map on the right makes districts more compact. that is most evident to what happened in the seventh district, mockingly referred to as goofy kicking donald duck. districts now follow county lines as much as possible and are split up fewer times. many of the numbers have been changed. "action news" reporter christie ileto has been finding out what this all means for you with the 2018 midterm elections in the balance. christie, what did you find out? >> that's right, jim, some state lawmakers are saying it >> a step in the right direction. others say get ready for a legal battle. the voters we spoke with are now asking what congressional district do i fall in and who is representing me?
