this tour bus carrying three dozen pass eveningers from shanghai, china was on its way from washington d.c. to insuring when a roadside emergency ignited. >> i think, too much in the back. >> everybody was out. >> bus on fire, fire coming out of the rear entrance compartment, they quickly extinguish the fire. luckily everyone was able to get off of the bus, prior to arrival, nobody was injured. >> reporter: 495 at 95 was shut down for over an hour snarling some sunday traffic. passengers, were rushed to a nearby visitors center until another bus, could take them to their final destine nation. and, fortunately there were no injuries. the cause of the fire is under investigation. at the moment northbound lanes of 495 at 95 remain closed which means, that those in that area should expect delays live at welcome center christie ileto channel six "action news". christie, thank you. moving on to the accu weather forecast and soggy weather is finally coming to an end, just as we can end draws to a close

behind me, and push me in the house with a gun. >> reporter: after that man who was pistol whipped, he suffered a severe laceration to his head but luckily in stable condition. reporting from oxford circle, bob brooks, channel six "action news". a shooting death is under investigation tonight, in wilmington. investigators were called to the 2300 block of vargas street just before 10:00 this morning. they found a man shot repeatedly. victim was pronounced dead at the scene. somebody fired shots inside a racket club in bucks county and tonight police believe they know who did it. they are looking for this man louise mendina accused of shooting a man inn the back inside pennsville racket and athletic club last night. he was taken to the hospital in stable condition. bucks county d.a.'s office has joined falls township police department in the investigation. pennsylvania's state senator daylen leach has dropped his bid for congress. the democrat stalled his campaign in december after allegations of inappropriate conduct for female employees and campaign aid.

classes resume tomorrow for parkland school district in the lehigh valley. officials were forced to cancel school on friday, after fire swept through the school bus, depot, in orefield, 30 buses were destroyed or damaged by that blaze. parkland school district says it has enough of its own buses left to cover transportation. a cause has not yet been determined but it is not believed to be suspicious. the historic building that went up in flames in philadelphia's olde city neighborhood last sunday, will have to be demolish. engineers brought into assess damage of 239 chestnut street, agree, that the brown stone beneath the fisod ties badly damage. however, the cast iron frame on the first floor will be saved and restored. last sunday's fire forced 160
