colder than this time yesterday. we are not seeing a huge change here. we'll see a big change in our morning lows starting next week. our temperatures over the weekend will be somewhwh moderate but our normal low temperature this time of year is 31. we tend to hit that around 6:00 or 7:00. monday morning, we wake up to 24. 18 on tuesday. if we hit that, it will be the coldest morning so far this season. 21 on we had. 28 on thursday. we've got cold, cold air coming our way. but not yet. it will be milder tonight. all of this rain, even though it is going to be heavy at times, none of it is going to be frozen. we'll jump ahead to sunday. there may be a few flurries back in the western part of the state and some sprinkles especially from raleigh eastward and a flurry or two is not out of the question. can you see very little precipitation there on futurecast for us on sunday there. has been some talk this week about what might happen. right now, it look like it will be pretty quiet. again, this afternoon, the whole story is rain.
