after that the second largest snow storm about 20.5. they are expecting to surveillance pass that here. adrian focus past me here in the capital where the lights are on just a little bit, the beauty of the snow coming in as you see the capital now being covered up but the power and danger of this is for real. officials at the emergency operation center that i spoke to this morning warned of potentially delayed 911 response times as this storm begins to intensify late tonight saturday morning and saturday night as warn of extensive power outages and that's going to become a big deal as the winds start to increase and we get the blizzard effect because we are on a blizzard warning. >> it doesn't appear to be too windy or am i missing that? >> no that's the thing the winds have not picked up but we are just now into this. this just started a few hours ago.
