tonight to support sanders. >> suspending his campaign, o'malley. >> others are focused on new hampshire. >> all right, we will bring you updated developments out in iowa in this news cast. democratic side can change. now, we have more on a serious accident and about what happened. >> reporter: the accident happened half a mile away from here. the scene is clear. what we know is one person is did die from this accident. you want to take a look at the video from earlier. two trucks,a white truck or silver-colored truck and a red truck. it appears here and what we observed from being out here on the scene for a couple of hours that the trucks collided on a bridge. highway patrol and the

the scene. here trying to piece together what happened. it is unclear what caused this accident or exactly how many people were involved. again, we know at least one fatality tonight. as you can see from the video these trucks are very badly damaged. and for quite some time, hours, as you mentioned, traffic was back up and rerouted. it is now back open. we will bring you more enformation about the people involved and the cause of -- information and the people involved and the cause of the crash. >> yes. we are live in wake county, thank you. horseback rider was injured when she and her horse were are hit by a car earlier this evening. the accident happened on star ridge road. in moore county just before 6:00. the women's injuries are believed to be nonlife- threatening. the horse was hurt in the accident. the horse is expected to be okay.

no one in the car was hurt. there was damage to the windshield. the cause of the accident remains under investigation. >> new details tonight about the case involved with two virginia tech students. 18-year-old davidize enhower is charged with abducting and killing nicole level. her body was found in north carolina over the weekend. the police have not said how she was killed by the warns obtained say a gun was not used to kill her. according to those same warrants eisenhower said he believes the truth will set him free. 19 tkwrold natalie keepers -- 19-year-old natalie keepers is charged with helping get rid of the body. an autopsy is being done. it is not expected to be released before march. a western terrorist sup kill canned a neighbor before planning a bigger attack. today, they combined on indictments against 19-year-old justin sullivan. he was arrested last summer.

now, highs in the 60s and the 70s. there is the next storm system, poised to bring heavy snow to iowa. some locations could see 6-12 inches of snow. blizzard conditions there. and this is the next storm system that approaches for the day on wednesday. potential for severe weather. tonight, across the plains, tomorrow it moves into the ohio valley and tennessee valley and deep south. the orange area, enhanced risk. look at the scale. middle of the road. damaging winds, hail, tornadoes, traveling to nashville, memphis, now, louisville, mississippi, tornadoes. now, flights delayed. by the time it gets here on wednesday, it will weaken. dark green area, marginal risk, low end of the scale. maybe damaging winds, heavy rain, at this point, no western about tornadoes, but if that changes mike moss will be here 4:30. he will let you know if it has changed and i will let you know
