e. one of the three suspects in the murder of a north raleigh woman testified about what happened this night in 2013. sarah redden is also charged with murder in the death. she was cooperating prosecute hers. she said she was with smith and her boyfriend anthony while they were breaking to cars but then they left her. she said that when they came back anthony had a knife with blood on it and smith had blood on his shirt. she was not given a deal in exchange for her testimony. some top officials in bell haven received a scolding from the state auditor. the former town manager refused to cut off power, water, sewer and trash service to customers who weren't paying their bills. the mayor and town council knew about the choice. the audit said the decision ran against town policy and ran up

re>> tkire 'senovwhperelk mold report saying the testing company they hired found common household mold that can be prevented by proper cleaning and maintenance. maintenance. we talked to a couple who rented the propty f years ago. they say they too complained to the landlord about problems with mildew and standing water under sinks and in the crawl space.

that makes that decision. if i were i would saido your home say do your homework. that's the pc way. >> do your homework. >> let's go head and start off with the radar. we still have many area that are seeing rain at this time. those yellow areas you see there are areas where the rain is coming down the hardest and this area will continue to be with us on in to the evening. then we will start to get the precipitation from a area later tonight in the form much a powerful disturbance in the upper atmosphere. in fact if we had these two linking up just right it could be a much different story but it won't. we take a look at this and it looks like this is the only game in town right? as soon as this moves eastward about. in the upper atmosphere there is a very strong disturbance which shows up on the water vapor out in here and as that moves eastward it'll induce the slopement of an area of low pressure on this front which is sitting in eastern north carolina.

the area today and dropped us our current levels now. precipitation area will actually back up to the west and at the same time there will be a separate area in association directly with the those two factors combined will give us precipitation into tomorrow morning and it looks like it'll be cold enough at the cale end of this event to pick up some perhaps a snowflakes in the air the thing is for snow lovers in you want mayhem it'll be difficult for that to happen. surface temperatures when the snow first shows up -- probably going to be like 38, 39, may fall to 34, 35 at the time when the snow is at its peak that won't get the job done in terms of making the roads nasty. about the worst case would be enough. we look at the precipitation. anything that falls this evening is going to be in the nothing to worry about.

the course of the next several hours. it isn't going to be until late tonight as we head on toward sunrise. we will start to see snow and some of the far western counties and then by the time we get to around 7:00 a.m. again some of the now mixing in if not changing over to that from the triangle onwest and north to the south and east. it still looks like whatever is falling will be in the form of rain. by about nine or ten all the precipitation should be out of here and at this point in time it'll be clearing up and getting cool. all right. here is a look at our sky camera. the numbers at airport other 50. we are not cold enough for snow. other temperatures 40s to near 50 across the north and then as we look farther south upper holidays's to -- 40s to upper 50s here. 8:00 this evening. rain stale possible the -- still possible. then late tonight the snow starts to mix in with the rain. especially from the triangle

and for tomorrow any flurries or rain showers in the morning should givway to clearing as we head thwart the late morning and especially the afternoon. it'll be chilly with high temperatures in the upper 40s. saturday looks quiet. sunday is not looking all that threatening at this point in time. best chance of seeing any precipitation in the form of rain would be well south and east. then perhaps snow showers in to the colder air. sometime later on monday or tuesday. again, that doesn't look like it has the potential to be a big event. just something that water, cooler stuff. >> yeah. thank you. >> yeah. we are ready for some football. so it jeff joining us now live again in sanity is a claire -- san francisco now. hey gentlemen. >> >> reporter: yeah it is confusing. we are in san francisco. super bowl city. when he come back the final
