the last 4 armed occupiers of the national wildlife refuge say they plan to turn themselves in the developed came after cliven bundy cut the father of the joe bader was arrested in portland. fbi and other officers surrounded the refuge last night. the tense standoff was live streamed on the internet at the occupiers refused to stand down. 12 other activists including the leader ammon bundy were arrested at the refuge last month. they seized the site in january in protest of federal land policy. of her of maryland has ordered all flags at half staff in honor of 2 deputies shot and killed in a shopping center in abington. the deputies were shot while responding to a call and a panera bread around lunch. the gunmen was shot and killed in an exchange of gunfire not far from the shopping center. no bystanders were injured. official royal caribbean plan to strengthen the company's
