we will watch out and see what the roads are like north and east before too long as the rain moves that way. all clear around the triangle. no accidents, major routes, a- okay. a fayetteville woman will appear in court accused of stabbing a man to death. monica holt is charged with second degree murder in the death of thomas mcnair. the two were acquaintances, the incident happened during a fight at a home yesterday morning. holt is in the cumberland county detention center without bond. prosecutors dropped charges against one of the suspects in the death of a 1 year old in chapel hill. da says conflicting evidence led to the decision to drop charges against davis. one of three suspects accused in the christmas day drive by shooting that killed malia williams. davis is serving a 90 day sentence for a probation violation, the shooting remains under investigation. apple says it will resist a federal magistrate's order to help the fbi get in to an
