only from at&t. call an at&t expert to switch today. a judge in texas says that the case of ethan couch will be moved to adult court. today's ruling means that the now 18-year-old could serve 120 days in jail and then must finish his ten-year probation. if he violates probation, couch to get up to 10 years in prison for each of the four crash victims. couch and his mother fled to mexico in december. antigovernment protester and rancher cliven bundy will be extradited back to his home in nevada. he faces charges of conspiracy related to an armed standoff near his ranch in nevada two years ago. officers tried to stop bundy from illegally grazing his cattle on federal land.

in to support his sons in a separate stand off at an oregon wildlife refuge. the standoff is now over and his sons are facing charges as well. the trial of five baltimore police officers accused in the death of freddie gray have been put on hold because the maryland court of appeals will consider whether a sixth officer charged in the case, william porter, should be compelled to testify against the other five. officer porter went to trial last year but his case ended in a mistrial. he is expected to be retried. federal officials are investigating how a tour helicopter crashed into the water near hawaii's pearl harbor. a witness captured it all on cell phone video. venity nyer explains that at least one of the people on board, a 16-year-old, is in critical condition. >> cell phone video captured the helicopter hovering in the air shortly before plunging into the water just feet from
