ut ead in weather >> wral welcomes nbc february 29. only two days until nbc joins wral. here's a look at some of the programs going to wral. they include the voice, blacklist, blind spot, the tonight show, and saturday night live. you can look for nbc programming on wral starting february 29. the board approved a 3.8% increase. undergraduate tuition will be estimated $49,500 in the 20162017 academic year. the total cost for the next academic year including tuition, room, board, fees, will be about $65,700. the board also discussed current and future opportunity

we have highs in up ther 40s. at 10:00, we are dipping into the 30s . upper 30s around the midnight hour. we may have some 20s in the outlying areas. but, not as cold as it was this morning. here is a live look at our roxboro sky cam. it is a little cool. 48 at the airport. clear skies right now. winds are out of the west to southwest at 6 miles an hour and the dew point is low. it is at 24. the humidity right now at 39%. really dry air over us right now. high pressure sitting off to our south and west. winds flow clock wise. so we are on the cooler side of this system now with a northerly flow. that is why it was cooler today. tomorrow, this high pressure system is going to shift to the east so that will open the door to the southwesterly flow over us.

a very, very comfortable finish for the weekend. temperatures in the middle and upper 60s . so beautiful weather tomorrow. we will keep the sun around. and we will have warmer temperatures. 10 to 15 degrees warmer tomorrow. here is a look at temperatures overnight tonight. we will get down into the 30s . again, some of the outlying areas. some of the typical colder spots could get down into the upper 20s . but, generally low 30s the rule. 33 in irwin. then tomorrow afternoon, high temperatures making their way into the 60s everywhere. so, it will be a nice finish to the weekend. now, as far as rain chances go, we don't have any really good rain chances until the middle of the week. tomorrow, it is all sun. zero% chance of rain tomorrow. approach us. then it fizzles out. i don't think we will get much out of this system at all. we might get a couple of sprinkles. a 15% chance tuesday. as we go into tuesday night and wednesday, that is when the next cold front arrives. that will be our next decent chance of seeing rain. half an inch will be possible.

for rain as we get into the end of the week with another system on the way. here is your sunday planner. 8:00 in the morning for sunday services perhaps. temperatures will be in the upper 30s . so you don't have to worry about the teens and the 20s . by lunchtime, close to 60 already. look at all the blue skies there. 65 degrees for the high temperature in raleigh tomorrow. so beautiful weather to wrap up the weekend. warmer tomorrow. 65. monday, starting off at 44. so, not as cold monday. and high temperatures will be close to 70. 68 degrees. we are jumping into march on tuesday. it will be a warm start. to march. 69 for the high temperature. partly cloudy skies. wednesday, that is when the next cold front moves in. a chance for showers. you can see temperatures going back down as we head into the end of next week. still some question marks regarding next weekend's forecast. we have to watch it. temperatures will be close to freezing so if we have any lingering moisture saturday morning, maybe a couple of snow flakes, right now, it doesn't
