police are asking for your help in locating a murder suspect. they are looking for 49 year old david soles in connection with a shooting monday night. warrants are out for his arrest on murder and assault charges. he shot henry porter and his son henry porter jr., during an argument at a home on cedar creek road. mrs. senior potter died and his son treated at cape fear valley medical center. call police if you know where soles is. a suspect is hospitalized after he was shot during an attempted robbery. it happened at a home on eureka avenue in fayetteville. a gunman inner terred billy -- entered billy tailors home. his brother heard the commotion from another room and went to get a gun and shot the suspect. deputies identified the suspect has clarence cabo of charlotte, taken to unc hospitals. leaders gave the green

car out of the river. he tried to steal a political banner as his tour group prepared the leave. the student made a tearful plea for mercy. he was convicted of submersion following a 1-hour trial. also 15 people are dead after a bus bombing in pakistan. the bus was carrying government employees to work in the northwest city. 40 people were wounded in the blast from an improvised explosive device planted under a bus seat. no one claimed responsibility but pakistani authorities suspect the taliban and militants fighting the state for more than a decade. a former charlotte mayor is getting out of prison but only to go to court.
