and foggy bottom stations where trains must slow to 15 miles an hour and cannot be seen as metro operations control center downtown. >> that is something i would know about. that is something i would have taken action with. if we cannot track our trains. we have a huge problem. we cannot track our trains, then, i am going to shut the system down. >> metro general manager, confirms, roughly a half dozen circuits have been adjusted or in some cases removed during a massive twice daily analysis. he confirms trains are running manually and slower in the locations but says nothing approaches the circuit abnormality discovered after last month's fatal red line crash that claimed nine lives. >> we have not detected anier use that will cause the same type of event that occurred. >> the crash remains under investigation with no final cause yet determined. that combined with slower trains, leaves many riders frustrated but still riding metro. >> i have less confidence in the

4-year-old boy rescued from a burning suv we saw on television recently. spoke out. the boy's mother was driving the suv in milwaukee. hit a tree. flipped over. the car flipped over and burst into flames. bystanders pulled the woman and 2-year-old daughter to safety. but the flames spread. and two offduty fire fighter brothers managed to rescue him from the melting car seat. and today his father spoke at an emotional news conference. >> someone, take a minute to thank the fire fighters and all the men that helped get him out of the vehicle. the brothers that got my son out of the vehicle. doctors say the boy has been upgraded to serious stable condition. he suffered severe burns on 20% of his body. doctors expect him to recover well. iphone introduced a new application that users send a text message to god.
