capitol hill. metro's general manager says work continues on faulty circuits, reiterated there is not a widespread problem. twice daily tests of track circuits are still showing some irregularities on four lines. the transit agency has found that some sensors are failing to recognize that a train is on a section of track for a second or more. faulty circuits are fixed or replaced. metro continues to operate all trains manually. a woman out for a morning jog f ng anhabieadm ch bf ngbiham anea bch drives. and a lot of women feeling unnerves tonight. this took place on the section of the park that is very popular. the attack happened 7:00 a.m. the victim taken a morning jog. south of bingham drive, near an

for the most part. they're out there, particular bacteria. a danger lurks in these woods. you would be hard pressed tosh find it. it could find you. it is the tick, black legged or deer tick carrying lyme disease. fairfax county has seen an increase in reported cases. 400. >> doubling of the cases in the last year. most of the cases more than double. if we didn't have so many cases that are misdiagnosed or roar unreported. >> enough of a concern the county convened a townhall meeting to raise awareness about a disease often misdiagnosed by doctors. >> i haven't seen any disease that split the medical community the way this disease has. >> one man knows how devastating it can be. david hall's 13-year-old daughter contracted it.

vehicles from a tv station have a bulls eye. ran an investigation showing police vehicles parking illegally in front of police headquarters. then guess what, in front of the station, the illegally parked news vehicle. started getting plastered with tickets. imagine that. the station says it has gotten $1,500 worth of tickets in two weeks. almost double the amount the station had to pay all last year. the price of journalism. that is our broadcast. the tonight show is next. have a good one.
