the brother of a massachusetts mayor has been arrested for robbing a convenience store with hammer. take a look at the surveillance video. the store's security camera shows the man threatening the clerk with that hammer. at one point he reaches into the cash register. store employees were able to write down the man's license plate number. eight people have died including four young cousins in a wrong way crash outside new

york city. police say a mini van was driving the wrong way in the northbound lanes of a parkway in briar cliff. the van crashed head-on into an suv then struck a third vehicle and burst into flames. three people in the suv were killed along with five in the mini van. that crash was the second wrong way crash on that parkway today. authorities now investigating a second chicago area cemetery after someone discovered a human bone lying on the ground. the investigation comes after employees at a historic black cemetery south of chicago were charged in a scheme to resell plots. the owner of the mountain glen wood memory garden says she didn't do anything wrong. a family is already suing. they say the cemetery tried reselling plots where two relatives are buried. commuter wills soon get ef fli thm reroef from the recent traf tie-ups on the chain bridgee. starting tuesday crews will create a separate lane for drivers turning right on to route 123 from chain bridge. that way drivers who need to

thanks to the southwesterly winds. all is quiet on doppler radar. earlier some really nasty storms moved across the shenandoah county through laven county. howard county up towards the mason dixon line. these thunderstorms did produce some really nasty weather with lots of hail, lots of lightning, lots of wind and lots of rain. all of that has quieted down now that the moisture and the really active weather has pushed up towards new england. currently 81 degrees. 79 in raleigh. 75 in new york city. we still have a lot of humid weather up and down the eastern sea board. this will be the trend for the next couple of days. simply because the pattern hasn't changed. up in canada we have a large wave of lower pressure. off to the west we have this front that really hasn't moved in the last couple of day. it continues to sit across the tennessee and ohio valleys. ahead of it we continue to see the southwesterly winds which will continue to bring in the warm weather and the humid weather. tomorrow the front, again, doesn't go very far.

we start off in the morning with quiet weather. as the day goes on and the humidity builds in and the daytime heating kicks in, we could have another round of showers and thunderstorms. not severe weather tomorrow. the really active weather, the really unstable air has pushed on out of here. nonetheless, we could see a round of showers a thunderstorms. otherwise for tomorrow, partly cloudy skies. temperatures on the warm side with daytime highs in the upper 80s. as we move into tuesday, looks like things quiet down. we're going to be watching another front off to the west. this will drop down into the area as we head into thursday and friday. i think that's when we'll have our next chance of showers and storms. all right. with that said, here's the situation for tomorrow morning. partly cloudy, warm and muggy. sunrise at 6:05 in the morning with temperatures anywhere from the 60s through the 70s. as the day goes on, a couple clouds will billow on up. partly to mostly cloudy with daytime highs like today, basically upper 80s. we could have about a 40% chance of a sorhor we a thunderstorm
