zblees what makes him so dom in an and when you guys watched him on film, it is -- is he a wow player? >> i think he is a wow player. he probably does more things to reek havoc on an offensive line walking scheme be most people will see or understand during the football season. you will see brian orakpo get a sack this year. but it will be albert haynesworth who didn't allow the quarterback to step up in the pocket. you will see andre carter make a move and he will have a better year but it will be because albert is pushing the pile inside. >> lot of coaches read motivational books. hand them out to players. you come up with motivational chants. were you surprised by how much attention that got?

>> yeah. >> did you like it? >> i don't like the attention because i think a lot of those things are -- you know, i mean, i wasn't planning on it being so publici publicity-oriented. something that, you know, was heartfelt and a little, you know, little corny but, you know, some of those things take off. i don't know. i don't know why. i can't explain it. >> is the win now mental fair for nfl head coaches? it seemed like years ago, head coach had more than two years to build a program. it is not that way anymore. is that fair? >> i don't know if it is that way. i don't know. are you only giving me two years? that's what you give me? >> i would give you plenty more. but the reality is that, you know, things are out there all the time -- >> we are -- you know the way that -- way i'm trying to -- i think that most nfl coaches are trying to build a program, we

have to win. you have to win now. i wanted to win last year. i wanted to win it all last year. i don't sit and think about wins and losses based on me personally. wouldn't that be foolish? i have to risk it all every time i go out there and not worry about the years but i am concerned about the wins. does that answer your question? >> sort of. >> i guess what i'm telling is i'm not wore bead how short the opportunity is based on wins and losses. i'm trying to build a solid program here. i'm trying to build a program so that we can win every year. and not worry about, you know, my job being, quote -- on the line every game, you know. that's the way i look at it. yet, i can deal with that. i feel comfortable in risking it

all. you know, every single time we go out there. >> he doesn't worry about it but i don't think you can help but think about it. and his success this season will rely on the guy who was ducking those blue balls that were coming at him. jason campbell is the quarterback for the redskins. they are very much in the same boat that jason succeeds. he is a really unique guy, jim zorn. part three will be about the things he likes to do off the field. one of them being needle point. how about that? we have the actual needle point we will get from his wife. he does it the team plane. >> i bet it is calmin some are into ballet. he said he was -- hide it on the team plane so nobody would see it. >> it is very soothe. >> apparently he is really good at it according to his wife. >> maybe he will send us a pillow. >> i will order one for you.
