tonight the duchess of york talking about a scandal. she apparently sold access to her ex-husband, prince andrew. sarah ferguson in los angeles to accept a charity award. her plane landed hour as video surfaces of a british tabloid news of the world. shows the duchess agreeing to have $725,000 wired to an account, in exchange put the man in good favor with her ex-husband.

>> to me [ inaudible ]. >> is that it? >> yes. >> in a statement, sarah ferguson apologized for her actions and admitted she has financial problems. she also made clear that her ex, duke of york, had no involvement in the scandal. the reality show producer wanted for questioning in his wife's death is back in the united states. he returned to los angeles county from mexico. yesterday, mexican play say they couldn't find him. he had been ordered to stay in the country since his wife's body found in the cancun hotel in april. his lawyer says the producer returned to the united states to be with his children and attend to personal matters as well. he has not been charges with a crime. when we come back, they are the kinds of games that let you make up with your friends as a kid. now an addictive game show.
