this morning on howard street. when police got to the scene, ey found two pple who had been shot. the victims were taken to the local hospital. that's where one of them died. police have identified the victim as 22-year-old michael moss crners om silver spring, maryland. the second victim was treated and released. so far, no aarrest. family and friends of local l navy seal are membering his life today. he played varsity football for three years. was co-captain his senior year. he was killed two weeks ago in helicopter crash. he will be buried in arlington national cemetery nexto his best friend who was killed in iraq two years ago. a newttack on a student at the university of maryland. it happened at 4:30 this morning

cooler than average. september 10th, 11th and 12th. the last time we had four day ins a row cooler than average, june 30th and july 1st, 2nd and 3rd. unbelievable stretch of temperatures we've had around here. 61 degrees. light rain is falling all across maryland. the rain is still waiting i in getting out to the western suburbs. that is going to be -- the rest of this evening. there are steadier showers trying toeltdown across virginia and more rain back out to the west as well. we're caught in a pinch around here. clouds will be the rule and not the exception for monday, tuesday and much of wednesday as well. not going to rain all week, but these two low pressure areas are cutting off from the jet stream and joining forces.
