resume website, the pros,.com, a flight risk and should be held without bond. instead the judge ordered her to be placed on high intensity supervision to surrender her albanian passport and agree not to drive. davidson is charged with involuntary manslaughter in yesterday's early morning incident near dupont circle in which 24-year-old kiela ryan of columbia, maryland, out celebrating her birthday, was struck and killed as she was gettinout of the car. a witness, a man on a bicycle pursued the vehicle, a lexus suv. he was able to see the license plate and gave it to officers who respond. that vehicle, according to court documents, was traced to an apartment building in chevy chase, maryland. and jorida davidson was located in the driver's seat of the car. court documents incate when she was found, she was incapacitated and under the influence of an alcoholic beverage. the keys to the vehicle were in her hand but the engine was not running. the documents go on to say, the bicyclist was brought to the scene and positively identified

davidson as the driver of the vehicle that struck miss ryan. the witness told officers, quote, that is definitely r. davidson is currently in a holding cellhear at d.c. superior court. her husband has to go to their home, get her passport, bring it here and turn it overo the court before she can be released. back to you. >> jackie bensen. thank you. the younger brother of redskins player alber haynesworth has been killed in a motorcycle crash in nashville, tennessee twoox-year-old lance mccoy crash head on to a vehicle that pulled into his path. he was rushed to the hospital where he died. witnesses told police, the motorcycle was going about 100 miles an hour. the driver said he never saw the motorcycle coming. haynesworth had gone to nashville to be with his family. it is not clear yet whether he'll be playing in this weekend's game. police are looking for the man who allegedly tried to kidnap

that's very good news. also good news, hockey season has arrived. the capitals open up in atlanta in a few minutes. the home opener tomorrow night against new jersey. the guys rolled trough the preseason with the 5-1 record. now it counts. the caps are in pretty good shape returning almost every player from last year's team that had the best record in the nhl. three straight division titles have netted the caps exactly one playoff series win. it is put upr shut up time and it starttonight. he said the first game just never gets old. >> every ar the first game, you feel like a rookie sort of. you're excited just to get going. you haven't played a game. you don't have a goalie. nothing. you just want to get going. and then you've got guys playing their firs nhl game, too. so that's fun. you try to help a young guy and you see the excitement on his face playing the nhl. also having a very good hockey team. a team that we can contend to
