5:00. new developmentes into the investigation into the apparent murder of an american man at a border lake in mexico. the mexican police commander who named two suspects in the case last weekend has now been murdered. he was decapitated. on saturday, thepolice commander told a texas tv station that two brothers in the notorious zeta carterel were likely behind the murd of david hartley. two weeks ago hartley and his wife were on jet skis on a lake that shares a border with texas. tiffany hartley said pirates shot her husband in the head. she was forced to leave him behind to save her own life. this morning on the "today" show, she said she d met with the murder investigator and that he seemed sincere and compassionate. >> i grieve for his family. i ache for hi family. they're now having to go through what we're going through. >> david hartley's family has been pressing mexican police to investigate the case and rover
