inside the dorm room. it was before down at morning, jernlg town university police raid harbin hall. they were acting on a tip. anies 4 has leard police detained three young men, both students at georgetown,nd a visitor. authorities say after arresting the trio, they found chemicals used to make dmt. >> we know it is a dangerous hallucinogenic. messes occupy your motor skills. you can have memory loss and u can die. >> a police report lists several items taken from the dorm room. a styrofoam cooler, a black suitcase filled with ammonia, salt, a turkey baster.

this morning when the car came crashing through. she said she had to jump out of the way to avoid from getting hit. witnesses say an elderly driver behind the wheel slammed into th salon this morning. jennifer torii was working inside. >> i looked up and saw this white car coming really, really fast toward our window. i tried to dive out of the way and towards the floor and it just came through the window and all kinds of glass floated everywhere. >> reporter: lisa owns the salon with her husband. >> we're thankful no one was hurt. it's a little devastating. we've been in business 50 years and nothing like this has happened. >> reporter: fire officials also say the driver hit a parked car, forcing it to hit the dry cleaningusiness next door.

police are investigating to see what caused the driver to lose control of the car. >> they were all stunned, but able to get out of the car under their own power. they seemed to be fine. >> fire and rescuers did oval wait three individuals ininvolved, however, only one was transported to the hospital. >> reporter:he shopping center was crowded with people whenthe crash happened, but somehow, no one was hurt. >> seven days a week we're open. it's just by the grace of god nobody got nailed walking by or at the front desk. >> reporter: the wnesses say that the driver of that white car is in her 90s. she was taken to the hospital, but is expected to be okay. these businesses are closed for nowhile repairs are made. back to you. >> very fortunate people.

a massive cholera is spreading closer to haiti's capital. more than 200 people have ded from cholera with another 26 infected. aide groups are scrambling to keephe disease from reaching port-au-prince. cholera is spread by contaminated water and can kill within hours. now to the latest on decision 2010 in maryland. former new york city mayor rudy juli juliany is campaigning for bob ehrlich. last month, he endorsed ehrlich sayi he is the only candidate capable of restoring maryland's economy. governor o mally attended a race. a new poll says he was a lead over ehrlich. 52% to 38% with a margin of error of 3.5%.

close to 90 in brownsville, texas. we've got the upper level winds scaming down to the south and riding high over the eastern portion of the nation. that delivers mild conditions to this area, but the other thing it does with any weather system coming through, delivers some violent weather. eastn texas and mississippi, there's a tornado watch in effect until 11:00. one system here in a stronger won coming into the pacific northwest. that's the system that arrives here on wednesday. so, here's what's going to happen. we'll have showers moving through tomorrow. we'll get a break on tuesd and then a spike, big spike in the temperatures on wednesday ahead of the system could hit 80 degrees. that means a few thunderstorms for us. 72 degrees is your high for tomorrow. for the evening, hey, it's going to be rather nice. just some clouds moving in. we've had high clouds today from 60 down to 55. for tomorrow morning, 52 to 57.
