remaining child, joel. a prince george's county judge ruled in favor of the board and joel arrived at the church to find himself locked out. that is when the internet lit up. >> the ordeal has hurt us. it has been a year of upset. but we are speaking victory. >> what he is going through right now is a travesty. this is not what the board is going on right now is not godly. >> i used to drive from delaware state university on weekends to just come to church. >> reporter: the members say they plan to return every night for the next seven days. now minutes ago news4 reached mark isaacs. he is the attorney for the six people currently running the board of the church. he says the locks were changed after the alleged theft of audio equipment on sunday. they had the locks changed.

he says that the pastor has not been locked out. jim and doreen, back to you. >> jackie bensen reporting from landover. police are on the scene of a deadly shooting. it happened in a shopping center parking lot on walters lane. a man was shot and killed here. a woman was also shot. she is expected to survive. there is no word on a suspect or a motive. there is fallout over a controversial cartoon of president obama. late word than the republican who e-mailed the image which depicts the president as a zombie with a bullet in his forehead has resigned. he was the chair for the loudoun county g.o.p. he selected the cartoon that was used to promote the halloween parade yesterday. he said it was in bad taste.

warnington at about 37 degrees. the doppler radar no rain to talk about. the doppler is dry for a couple days. there was a storm system to the south yesterday and brought rainshowers to maryland but it quickly intensified and moved off the coast. that allowed the skies to clear out from pittsburgh to washington to roanoke we are all clear for the time being. we'll start out very cool if not cold tomorrow morning. but then by tomorrow afternoon, very nice weather. by 10:00 you can take off the jacket as the high pressure dominates. that area of high pressure sticks around on thursday. another nice day on thursday with sunshine. but here comes a storm system that is bearing down on denver, colorado they just switched over to snow. they were 50 a few hours ago. that storm will move our way but it will stay to the south. i don't think we will see much in the way of rain from that at all. and for the next couple days
