police won't tell us his age. and the porn graphic images are said to involve infants and very young children. early monday morning, mthe investigation stems from a four-month investigation of people distributing child porn dprafy on the internet. computers and hard drives were taken from that home. the suspect is facing the juvenile court version of charges of possession and distribution of child pornography. we can tell you that police do not believe that the suspect in this case was manufacturing or making those images. they believe that he possessed them and was distributing them. back to you. >> thanks, jackie. >> we're getting a first look at the man accused of planning to assassinate the saudi ambassador to the u.s.

his name is monosour. he pleaded not guilty to a plot which involved killing the ambassador at a crowded d.c. restaurant. the u.s. government has accused iran of being in on the plot. officials in iran deny those accusations. he has pleaded not guilty and is being held without bail. >> tomorrow the jury will begin deliberating the fate of michael jackson's personal doctor, dr. conrad murray. the defense and the prosecution made closing arguments today. the prosecutor called murray everything from reckless to a liar. he said murray's actions left three children without a father. defense lawyers argue that michael jackson could have killed himself. >> michael jackson went into his personal bathroom and swallowed lorazepam and dr. murray didn't know it. >> every single doctor that testified in this courtroom told you they would never do what

eric went to the emergency room at baltimore washington medical center last year with swollen glands and a fever. the lawsuit claims doctors never gave eric a strep test and by the time the infection was caught, it was too late. >> despite it being standard safety protocol at all hospitals to do a rapid strep test in such a situation, the doctors never did one. >> no kid should have to go through this. no parent no, family members, no friend, nobody should have to go through this because of something so simple and so easily treated. >> in a statement the hospital said it provided thorough care and said eric's symptoms were not consistent with a very aggressive form of infection. >> there's been no comment tonight from house majority leader eric kantor following some serious threats today. a man namd glendon swift, 62 years old, is accused of threatening to destroy kantor, rape his daughter and kill his wife. swift is from tennessee. investigators say he made the

deceiving sometimes. let's look at show you what's happening out there right now. a beautiful shot across our area and really a pretty night tonight after a gorgeous day. we saw a lot of sunshine and high temperatures above average for once. we've been below average, even though yesterday was quite nice. we were below average. today high temperatures was 64 degrees with the average high of 63. it was just gorgeous today but get out the coats. this next storm system will do couple of things for us. one, bring us a chance of rain but really it's going to cool temperatures down. by this time tomorrow night, temperatures will be a lot cool are than this. the temperature went up one degree over the last hour as the clouds have rolled on in here. winds are calm. around the region, we sit in the 40s, 46 in winchester, south fredericks, 44 degrees. we're seeing radar returns here but nothing falling around our

area. do you have to go just down to the south and just down to the west. look at this storm. this is a very potent storm. once again, the same storm that came threw denver dropping 8 to 12 inches of snow is making its way toward the east. but also, look at the center right here. watch where the center goes. the center is moving down to the south. that is very good news for us because this rain is not going to make its way up here. it is going to make it towards charlottesville. raining toward roanoake and towards the richmond area tonight but for most of us, this should stay to the south. this is around 7 a.m. tomorrow. most of the shower activity will stay to the south. there could be some heavy rain in the southeastern portions of virginia with this storm as it continues to push off down to the south and east. behind it we start to clear out, probably by the 3:00, 4:00, 5:00 hour. we'll start to see sunshine but
