add up the numbers that is the ease easiest schedule for the rest of the way in the national football league. easy in terms if you add it up, the composite schedule of the opponents, it is the easiest, so, not only will new england be in first place in effect by two games over the jets, because of the tie-break, but the road to the playoffs, you know, every coach will say it is not easy, but hey. the numbers are the numbers. >> cris: as long as tom brady doesn't get hurt, they will be heff heavily favored in all of the games the rest of the way. >> it is all about turnovers and belichick kept saying, we can't turn it over, and they didn't. the jets turn it over three times. >> cris: yeah, it was really the difference. i mean, they were hanging in, and playing their kind of game, and maybe in an unlucky break here and mistake by shonn greene and double tip, but it was ninkovich who really just showed nup a up in a huge way tonight.

you never know who it will be and there are a lot of guys on the patriot defense who don't have a pedigrees that make you think that they are headed for hall of fame, but somehow belichick goes out and finds them. they make a difference. andre carter another one tonight. >> al: the jets taking over at their own 38 yard line as sanchez throws, and holmes will try to get around it if he can. and he does at the 44 yard line. >> cris: you know, you just wonder, the jets, will they be able to stay fairly conservative offense and ever regularly beat the patriots as long as tom brady is around? >> al: probably not. >> cris: yeah. >> al: sanchez, and of course, that is the whole story of new york and the jets' fans talking about when are we going to let sanchez, mark go, let sanchez be sanchez?

that has been the story. in a way, they started the season and said, okay, we will let him go, and then they go back to ground and pound and where are they? >> cris: well, it did not work out, and in rt pa, it didn't work out because of the fact that nick mangold was not there, and to some extent in and out, and they didn't establish the run. but to win a super bowl, and they were close and plays away from going to the super bowl in back-to-back years and their schedule is not tough either, but they have that hurdle ahead of them that is the new england patriots. >> al: holmes, on the other end of that pass. we will go to the two-minute warning. with the new england patriots on their way to go on to 6-3, leading by 21.
