team. syracuse has put fine on leave during the investigation. the university released a statement tonight saying the school conducted an internal investigation in 2005 when first contacted by the accuser. according to the university, none of the people who the accuser said would support his claims corroborated them. the university said it is cooperating fully with police. >> we're also following developments in the death of actress natalie wood. tonight homicide investigators reopened their investigation 30 years after wood died oft coast of california. she drown in 1981 after a night of partying with her husband robert wagner and the actor christopher walken. at the time authorities ruled it an accident. however, investigators say they now have new information. natalie wood is known for her roles in a number of films including "mirs california on

on the night of november 11th. the man suspected of firing them, 21-year-old oscar ortega hernandez of idaho appeared in federal court in pittsburgh. prosecutors allege he was obsessed with the idea of killing president obama. one person referred to only as witness four told investigators that ortega hernandez said he wanted to, quote, hurt president obama, referred to the president as the anti-christ and said, quote, he needed to kill him. that is believed to be the motive for friday's incident at constitution avenue where witnesses reported sighing shots fired from a car in the direction of the white house. the suspect abandoned the vehicles a short distance away. police found a semi-automatic rifle, ammunition, including three loaded magazines and nine spent shell casings.

the car also contained several additional boxes of bullets. orta orte ortega-hernandez has been in custody since wednesday in indiana, pennsylvania near pittsburgh. >> it's very shocking someone would end up here, like he would do something like that. it just a small community and very college oriented and what not. it just shocking. >> reporter: he could be back in the district as early as friday morning. reporting from the federal courthouse in pittsburgh, jackie bensons. >> 27-year-old christopher dee dee of arlington was in court today. he's accused of shooting a man at a mcdonald's restaurant on wakiki beach. police say the shooting happened after an altercation at a nearby night club. his arraignment is monday.

>> in the district, a security guard fell about 20 feet off an escalator. it happen just before 8:00 at the target store in columbia heights. we're told he is expected to be okay. >> more than 3,000 occupy wall street protesters marched to the brooklyn bridge in new york city tonight, the final stand in a day full of protests. earlier demonstrators clashed with police outside zuccotti park. more than 200 arrests were made when pres ears sat in the streets outside the new york stock exchange. occupiers in dc marched before rallying at the key bridge. they joined occupy nova protesters to spread an antigreed message. >> we're looking for no cuts and jobs. >> and you brought your kids

solved more than their they're of unusual crimes. tonight here's another one. a brother/sister bank robbery act. police say 20-year-old kadija taylor and her 19-year-old brother are wanted in connection with the robbery of the m & t bank. >> a brother and sister bank robbing team, has there ever been something like that in prince georges county before? >> not of my knowledge. >> reporter: police tell the story this way -- november 8th the m & t bank in forestville. they say security camera video shows the brother and sister working into the bank. the note passed to the teller. in return they get a stack of cash, just like in the movies. >> and they got some money? >> yes. >> a substantial amount of money? >> yes, a very substantial amount of money. >> and then off they went? >> yes. >> reporter: after the robbery

police called to the scene. there's a lookout posed for two suspects but no mention of a getaway car. now we may know why. it appears they simply walked away. you see, the bank's in the 3700 block. the suspects live in the 3700 block, the same block. how convenient. now cadeja taylor has been arrested but police are still look for her brother shakir. if you see him, call the cops. police are looking into the possibility team taylor might be linked to other bank jobs, maybe even some here in their own neighborhood. >> at least six people are dead after a violent weather system swept through the southeast overnight. some of the worst damage was in york county, south carolina

where three people were killed and five others were hurt. in davidson county, north carolina, a woman and her 3-year-old granddaughter were killed when their house was blown apart. several homes and other buildings were also destroyed there. in northern georgia the storm caused extensive damage to the emergency operations center and in one county over a man was killed when a tree fell on his suv. >> dozens of trailers have been delivered that will be put together to form a modular campus. the trailers will be used while local leaders work with fema to get a permanent school in place. until now the high school has been sharing space with the middle school. >> two opposing groups were on virginia tech's campus this afternoon. it was about guns. about 35 gun rights advocates gathered to support conceal/carry rights on college

ankle injuries after a weekend of parties. it's not just sprains and breaks. >> i'm seeing people who have a lot more pain on the ball of their foot, a lot more bunions, hammer toes, nerve pain, callouss that are becoming a problem, corns that are becoming a problem. >> neufeld says shoes with a heel more than two inches high puts more than five to eight times your body weight on the ball of your foot. so when women wear these shoes for extended periods of time, they can end up with some pretty serious injuries. dr. neufeld says if you can't give up your heel, at least choose a shoe like this with one an open toe. it gives your toes room to move around and it takes some of the pressure off the ball of your foot. >> i would also say maybe get a heel that's a little larger than you normally would wear. if it's a little loose, at least there's room for your toes and foot to move around. >> luce says her sprained ankle is steal healing but she's already back in her high heels and she says she's not giving

>> that's what i'm thinking. >> wouldn't want to be camping out for black friday around here. >> at least it's warm. temperatures down there in the mid 70s to around 80 degrees today. we will not see 80 till -- about four months at least. i think what we could see tonight is the first freeze, at least at the airport. just about all of us have already seen our first freeze out there butt airport has only gone down to 33. 32 would be the first freeze. we are going to get a whole lot colder over the next couple of months. this kind of cold, we can handle it but you probably need to pull out those heavy coats. down toward dupont circle where the fountain is still going. high temperature today got to 53 degrees but that was actually at 3:00 in the morning. the afternoon high temperature, 47 degrees. that has now fallen down to 40. i'm thinking tomorrow could be the coldest sunny day since the end of march. so that tells you how cool things are going to be out there
