video that was shot right here in this 7-eleven. detectives are determined to catch the suspects. saturday night at 11:30 cameras capture a flash mob in action. >> the detectives are working to identify the students or teenagers involved. >> reporter: the video shows 50 teens walking to this silver springs 7-eleven stealing snacks and drinks. >> reporter: after the items were put in their pockets, they walked outside. the police found several teens in the area near the 7-eleven and able to stop six of them. >> some people watching this will say why didn't you guys arrest them? >> at that point the officers who stopped those individuals, identified them and took photos and obtained their name, address and telephone number and identifying information. >> reporter: the suspects had 7-eleven snacks without receipts. the police will look at the video and see if the six are

door neighbor is accused of doing. this is 52-year-old harold glen rodman. just before 3:30 sunday morning he approached a woman as she was getting out of a friend's car and walking to her townhouse. he was wearing a uniform and flashed a badge. the 37-year-old says she was groped and sexually assaulted. when he ran, the woman called police. >> during that canvass, a man came out of his residence that matched the description was was interviewed and detained. >> reporter: rodman is a tsa supervisor at dulles airport and was wearing his uniform at the time of the alleged assault. his neighbor finds the story suspect. >> there is no motive. it doesn't follow his character at all.

washington airport authority say that there are rush hours. >> don't travel when everybody else is trying to do the same thing. >> reporter: delays are bad but cancelled flights are worse. the most recent numbers show that express jet cancelled more trips and bumped more passengers because of oversold flights than any other airline in september. express jet says we have implemented procedural changes that resulted in significant improvements in the on time and completion rates. lucinda hughs writes a travel column on her blog. >> i refuse to spend the night in the airport. >> reporter: she says is it worth paying extra for the direct flight especially during the holidays. >> i love to be frugal. but there's frugal and cheap without thinking it through. many times the connecting flights are just not worth it.

fell in the afternoon. right now we are at 51 degrees. we could see half an inch to 2 inches of rain over the next 24 to 48 hours. 51 at the airport. winds out of the east-northeast. temperatures cooler to the north. warmer to the south. 55 in fredericksburg. as for the rain, most of it is just off to the west here but we are seeing the drizzle and the mist across the area. this rain coming in through 66 and it will make its way to the district and the beltway over the next hour or two hours or so. but look at the storm off to the west. this comes through tomorrow and wednesday. this one producing tornado warnings right now in parts of arkansas. that storm will be moving our way over the next 24 hours. shower activity during the day tomorrow. pretty much all day at least periods of rain all day. and more on wednesday as that area of storminess moves across the area and could be thunderstorm activity to the

tomorrow. if moss could play running back that might really help. the redskins' running game is dead last in the nfl over their six-game losing streak. the three-headed monster combined for just 46 yards. mike shanahan knows his running game leaves a lot the be desired. >> you've got to have that big run. you know, somewhere in the game and we haven't been able to do that. and unless you get a couple of the big runs you look pretty average. and that's what happened during that game. they do a good job up front. we miss a few holes. blocking wasn't perfect. we did what we needed to do to win the football game and that's what counts. >> they did look better but lost six in a row. the nine game losing streak goes back [ elevator bell dings ]
