11:25 pm
team award. he has dealt with the death of his son who was born four months premature and his mother-in-law passed after battling muscular dystrophy. >> it means a lot my teammates recognizing, stuff i've been through this off season and pretty much the whole year so far. just been trying to stay strong for my family and just be the best teammate i can be. i'm glad they recognized i'm still trying to work hard and get it done on the field but i wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy, man. >> stephen bowen, certainly a remarkable man. when talking about bowen today, defensive coordinator jim haslet said "his courage is unmatched." >> the terps win by 75, the largest margin of victory in

school history. >> oh. >> later terps doing it on defense. lauren mincey creates the turnover. maryland had ten steals. sweet pass to mosley. eight terps scored in double figures. maryland crushes delaware state 108-33, improving to 10-0. >> nba news, the three-member trade that would have sent -- not happening. the league office declined to make the trade for basketball reasons. >> what's that man? >> basketball reasons we do not know. apparently some of the owners were not happy. they voiced their displeasure to the commissioner's office. they said we're not going to do the deal. >> wait a minute! >> new orleans is owned by the nba. now this deal is off, which to me sounds ridiculous. >> somehow that sucks -- or it

okay but they couldn't find diva. they thought sure enough she had to be dead. but don't you know this morning when the fire was out and the smoke cleared, here comes diva. >> she was between the pantry and the freezer and under a couple of hampers of clothes. she saw me and her eyes opened up and just picked her up and got her out. >> that is so cool. investigators still aren't sure what caused the explosion. they remind people, though, to call 911 if you ever smell natural gas. one of the most talked about incidents at major league baseball's winter meetings had nothing to do with baseball. it happened in a hotel lobby in dallas. man was walking behind the major league baseball tv set when he fell right into a reflecting pool. he was apparently lost in thought and didn't see the two foot barrier or the pool. we're told the man was not hurt and he had a good -- >> man down, man down!
