darcy? >> a news four photographer was here when that incident happened today. there is a lot of profanity and it's quite graphic. what we are showing may be considered disturbing to some. this video posted on youtube shows a protester being tasered by police at mcpherson square. the protester goes down. >> we all know you're coming tomorrow. >> a news 4 cameraman caught part of the exchange between him and the officers. u.s. park police have not returned calls seeking comment about the incident. tensions are building here as park police plan to enforce the no camping rules.

on friday park police and rangers began posting notices on tents. they will begin inspections to ensure the rules are being followed. >> you decide to be stubborn and fight about whether or not you should have your stuff inspected or your tent open. >> the notice says all camping materials must be removed from the park. and one side of all tents has to be left open at all times. >> the only issues we have are the people who don't feel like having their door open, leaving their door unlocked or open and getting rid of bedding so it doesn't look like somebody is sleeping in there. >> the person you heard speaking there in the story is with the okay pi dc movement. they held an informal meeting earlier today where they were talking about strategy. will members of the movement comply with those inspections or

evening. >> right now we're following. that is where one person is dead this happened this afternoon. no word just yet on what caused that crash. >> a police chase led to a violent deadly crash. a car slammed into a police cruiser leaving three others injured. >> reporter: the two police officers who had been in this cruiser survived. two of the three people in this minivan did not. it was being driven at a high rate of speed over this hill. the police cruiser was going in the other direction. >> as the vehicle crested the hill, it lost control and started their flip over. >> police say it all started here.

the responding officer were flagged down by a man. shortly after that, a minivan was seen speeding down the street and officers began to pursue. the cruiser was responding to the call but not part of the actual pursuit. >> the suspect vehicle landed on the hood of the police car. >> the officers were pinned inside the cruiser. everyone inside the minivan was thrown. mangled metal and broken glass. >> we have recovered evidence that indicates this vehicle was involved in the incident. >> police are not saying what that evidence is but several evidence markers have been seen placed. the person who told police he had been shot at did not remain on the scene of that incident. >> i don't know who the original victim in the case is. >> a silver spring man has been

charged with murdering his wife. the 68-year-old called 9/11 yesterday to report his wife was dead in their home on july drive. officers found carol francis carter in the bedroom with trauma to her upper body. police took him into custody and charged him with first degree murder. he is scheduled to make a court appearance tomorrow. >> and the city's housing agency. at-large councilman michael brown and jim graham calling for a criminal investigation into what they call a brazen abuse of authority. they say they have uncovered serious evidence of housing employees enriching themselves in the sale and renovation of favored contractors. the members specifically cite $4 million.
