receiving medical attention after he had to be restrained on a flight from new york to las vegas. nbc's curt gregory reports. >> this is home video captured on youtube on board a jet blue flight when the passengers heard screaming. the plane was flying from new york to las vegas when sources say the captain began acting erratically. the co-pilot became concerned. an off-duty captain on board and witnesses say the pilot then seemed to lose control. >> just out of his minds. screaming and saying his to his passenge passengers, say your prayers. >> passengers quickly restrained

police nabbed one of suspects and got the victim to safety. no police officers were hurt. for the second time this month, d.c. firefighters are investigating a fire at the fbi headquarters. firefighters responded to the jay ed far hoover building in washington around 1:45 this morning. a fire was burning in a trash closet on the sixth floor. they found a similar scene three weeks ago. smoke from a fire burning in a trash can set off sprinklers. no one was injured in either case, and there was no major damage in either case. today is the third and final day of oral arguments at the supreme court over the obama administration's health care law. yesterday justices questioned whether congress has the power to require every american to buy health insurance. justice anthony kennedy, considered a pivotal vote, expressed doubt. >> when you are changing the relation of the individual to
