income in taxes. the president spent the day in florida talking about that indicating that romney's wealth could become a big issue in the fall campaign. >> tracie, thank you. now here's a look at other stories making news early today in america, in california, a scare. 400 pound black bear made its way out of the mountains right in a residential neighborhood. it crawled across cars and could be seen attempting to climb a fence. fish and game wardens were able to use a tranquilizer dart on the bear, capturing it and set it back in the wild. in oregon, more than 20 people swarmed in a convenience store in suspect fed flash mob robbery. similar robberies nation-wide may have been organized through social media. a freeway chase came to a violent end.

all lanes are now back open. the cause of the fire is still under investigation. no report of any injuries. this afternoon, trayvon martin's parents will hold a news conference with al sharpton in d.c. this comes after george zimmerman's lawyers dropped the case. zimmerman was acting as a neighborhood watch volunteer when he shot and killed the 17-year-old in february. he says he acted in self-defense. martin was not armed. the case sparked protests across the country over allegations that the killing was racial. after receiving threats on his life, zimmerman was forced into hiding. his lawyers or former lawyers now say that they were in daily contact with him until sunday. >> as of now, we're withdrawing as counsel for mr. zimmerman. we've lost contact with. much to this point we've had contact every day. he's gone on his own. i'm not sure what he's doing or who he's talking to. >> a lawyer for trayvon martin's family issued a statement, saying, "the family isce
