police are investigating a texas couple after a second grader took a loaded handgun to school. investigators say an 8-year-old boy took the gun out of his bag and it fell on the floor in his classroom. they say it's a miracle the gun didn't go off because the safety wasn't edge engaged. classmates told the teacher who took the boy to the office. the boy told police he didn't have a reason for taking the gun to school. now his mother and boyfriend may face charges for allowing him access it that weapon. >> evidence emerges today

fbi agents are stepping up their search for a mississippi man accused of kidnapping two little girls. andrew mays has been on the run for about two weeks. >> reporter: to help capture accused killer and kidnapper adam mays, the fbi placed him on his top ten most wand list. >> by doing this, we are eliciting one of our most powerful weapons again crime, you the public. >> reporter: investigators say mays could be hiding anywhere in the country. they blef he's -- believe he's holding captive these two sisters. it's been almost two weeks since the girls, their mom, joanne, and older sister adrienne disappeared from their home in
