secr secret double agent. leak number two came after years of cyberattacks on iran's nuclear computers. news reports this month revealed america launched the attacks. republicans charge the white house did the leaking to help president obama beat mitt romney. >> and when you got programs that were successful and makes the white house look strong and the president look strong, and the president look strong, you can read about it in the paper. >> reporter: in a senate hearing, the attorney general vowed a full probe by two of his best prosecutors. >> who have the guts to ask tough questions and the charge that i've given them is to follow the leads wherever they are. >> reporter: not good enough, say republicans. they demand an outside prosecutor. >> we have very serious problems, we are still involved in this political gamesmanship. >> reporter: holder says president obama backs him. >> so, i don't have any intention of resigning. >> reporter: the leak probes will go forward on holder's terms.

some sunshine. the clouds remain, temperatures snail the low to middle 70s, rain has mostly moved out, still, a few showers and thunderstorms back to the west, into west virginia, starting to move into the panhandle of west virginia here. he these should die down, they make away, continue to watch them as they move our watch behind, this the cold front right back here. what does the cold front mean to the morning? i will have that and the forecast in a minute. an emotional and dramatic day in the jerry sandusky sex abuse trial this afternoon, the prosecution's star witness took the stand, former penn state assistant football coach mike mcqueary who told jurors he saw sandusky embracing a preteen boy from behind in the showers and he heard a slapping sound of skin on skin. earlier, an 18-year-old accuser described repeated incidents of abuse during sleepovers at sandusky's house. sandusky is facial 52 criminal counts of slicks abusing ten boys over a period of 15 years. he says he is not guilty.

the wife of the florida neighborhood watch volunteer who fatally shot an unarmed teenager is facing her own legal troubles. shelley zimmerman was charged today with knowingly making false statements during her husband's bond hearing in april. she was booked on one count of perjury and then released on $1,000 bond. george zimmerman has pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder in the shooting death of trayvon martin. he was granted bond but later revoked when the judge found out that zimmerman had raised thousands of dollars from a website. a man suspected of leading a cult in north carolina has pleaded guilty to killing a woman from our area. his name is peter moses. he is accused of killing 27-year-old antoinetta mccoy, who lived in d.c., and a 4-year-old boy last year. prosecutors say he shot the little boy 'cause he thought the child was gay. they say that he ordered a group of women who lived with him to kill mccoy when she tried

escape. authorities found their bodies several months later buried behind his mother's home. >> shocking case. we have several of the co-defendants that we have not taken please from >> yesterday's guilty plea means that moses will avoid the death penalty. as part of his plea, he has agreed to testify against six others who are charged in that case. a 74-year-old man is in the hospital tonight with serious injuries after he was attacked by two dogs as he walked -- took a morning walk in northeast washington. darcy spencer has more on what happened and why there has been trouble with these dogs before. >> reporter: it was a vicious attack by two large dogs, cane core social, that left a man in his 70s in critical condition. neighbors watched in disbelief. >> i looked up and i seen they had him like in a tug-of-war.

she said a dingo ate her baby. no one believed her. she went to jail, they made a movie about her with meryl streep. now, a coroner in australia has ruled that a dingo was responsible for the disappearance of the woman's 2-month-old baby. the mother in the case was forced to wait 32 years before her name was cleared. sarah james reports. >> reporter: flanked by family, lindy chamberlain clayton held aloft a death certificate, which

she maintained for decades, that her 9-week-old baby was killed by a wild animal. >> the dingo's got the baby. >> reporter: lindy and then-husband, michael, were camping in the treacherous australian outback when baby azaria disappeared from the family's tent in august of 1980. just one month before the birth of her fourth child, she was found guilty of murder and sentenced to life in prison. then, in 1986, a scrap of azaria's bloody clothing was found near a dingo lair. chamberlain was freed and later, her conviction overturned, but the cause of the baby's death was still listed as unknown. though divorced, the chamberlains continue to fight to clear the family's name. since azaria's disappearance, there have been hundreds of reports of dingo attacks, several fatal. on tuesday, the coroner finally agreed that had been the fate of baby azaria. >> please accept my sincere sympathy on the death of your

's also allowed for a redevelopment of some thunderstorms out there. some of these thunderstorms right now coming through portions of the panhandle in through hampshire county, mineral county, west virginia, with some lightning, so i wouldn't be surprised to see some of these try to make their way our way. right now the metro area high and dry. where the storms are again up toward the north, minute ral hampshire county and up toward jefferson and berkeley county off to the west of martensburg. we are going to continue to watch it move through the panhandle, maybe towardsism-81, not expecting these to hold together all that well but could you see a few more showers. don't put the umbrellas away just yet. who saw the rain, mostly back to the north and west. upwards of close to an inch back toward martinsburg.

the next someone herbal alternatives on 20th street three blocks south of du pont circle and venture fourth center city care is on north capital street, way down here near new york avenue. this is the only applicant to receive both a cultivation center license and a dispensary license, which mean it is can grow and sell medical marijuana. they will be selling down here but they are actually going to be growing up in this area near rhode island avenue. the health department says all four now have to get a business license and building permit before they can officially register as a dispensery. as for the plants no one has actually started growing anything yet but the health department hopes the program will be in full swing by this fall. so, what do you think of these locations? sound off on our facebook page.

a 74-year-old man was viciously attacked by two dogs in northeast d.c. witnesses say the animals escaped from the yard of a towing company and then mauled that man as he was walking to work. those dogs have been taken to animal control. they could be put down. the coast guard is offering a $3,000 reward for help in prosecuting you an apparent hoax off the coast of central new jersey yesterday. authorities got a call about an explosion on board a kwlat but they didn't find any evidence of an accident. issuing a false distress call is a federal crime. the search and rescue effort cost hundreds of thousands of dollars, according to the coast guard. polls in virginia closing in half an hour now in the primary election today. alexandria has 14 democrats running for city council, many of them focusing on a contentious plan to redevelop the waterfront there. in the eighth congressional district, democrat jim moran has
