baseball cards found in an attic in ohio sold at auction yesterday for more than half a million. the cards were sold last night at the national sports collectors convention. they featured ty cobb and the much sought after honis wagner. a family discovered them last month while they were cleaning out their granddad's attic. they are dividing that money evenly among 20 cousins. isn't that something? take us into the weekend. >> pretty cool. the weekend on the warm side, make stormy, too. expect to see some thunderstorms. you can see some out there right now. so heads-up for that. we talk about the heat, high temperature tomorrow, 96 against we hit it yesterday, we hit it

i am immensely proud of that boy, and perhaps even so of his parents. raising a male child in these troubled times, with so many temptations and opportunities for things to go wrong despite a parent's very best efforts. drew is a wonderful kid who gives his parents no more than the normal allotment of crap that comes with every adlessant. i submit all of this, because my grandson celebrated his 16th birthday last week. i'm sure he's mortified right about now. i ask his forgiveness and forbearance, because 16 years from now, i can assure you i won't be here to mark that special day. but i am sure i will be no less proud of that boy than i am today. happy birthday, boy. >> there's a good chance you'll still be here, don't you -- >> around, but not in this chair. >> you never know. hey, thanks for joining us.
